  • Larger pan, same batter thickness: Bake time stays the same

  • Deeper pan: Reduce temperature by 25ยฐF and increase time
  • Oven Temperature

    Keep temperature the same in almost all cases. The exception: extremely large quantities in deep vessels may need 15โ€“25ยฐF reduction to prevent burned exteriors before centers cook through.
